Has anyone tracked down Gaer?

She was here yesterday morning "engaged in conversation" so perhaps just fine and choosing not to post?

@911 I didn't really connect personally with Gaer, so I have no idea what happend to her. I really hope she is okay too. You have my condolences on the loss of your friends.

I liked rkunsaw. I told him that I pass through there now and then when we travel over to Tennessee. He invited me to call him and have dinner with him and his wife (I think) because he wanted me to taste his grits. I really like grits. He decorated an outhouse in his backyard and showed it here in the forum. He did a good job. I wonder what brought him down.

I too hope Gaer is doing well ... I like her.

In my case there is no one to notify the group. I live alone, no kids. So if I just disappear ?? I guess you'll know. Of course I have been [kicked-off] so many times <grin> y'all might not even notice.

My husband would almost certainly ask our daughter to go through my emails. She'd likely come across some inquiring notes from SF friends who have my email address and would let them know.

I actually have never gotten really close to anyone in any forum. Kudos to those of you who have. So no, I would not let anyone know here through someone close to me that I got sick or passed away.

For now, my vision is greatly lacking, so few posts of late

Got an appointment with an ophthalmologist the 13th of Nov
We'll see (pun intended)

My eyes are freshest first thing in the morning, but I mostly save them for Bible study
