My grand is in college, she better not even blink on the matter till I'm in my 60's preferably my grave or at least 70's before smearing me with the extra g.

I hear you AprilT, I am friends with my grandson's girlfriend (they are getting married in Nov) on Facebook and I told her on there that she should spend a few years enjoying her new husband and let both of them get through college and get jobs before they think about kids. She "liked" it but made no comment. I'd already told all that to my grandson (age 22). His aunt (my daughter) said "Mom no one wants your unasked for advise" but my grandson DID ask me what I thought so I told him and I probably would have even if he hadn't asked.

I'll bet it is the same answer as how old you will be when the baby is born.

I know, kids right? Haven't they learned yet that we know what's best for them. LOL! I will be a grandmother for the second time in January, sort of, I'm the substitute one to my Nephew's baby girl who is expected next year, I so wish I could be there for the birth, but, I so don't intend to be in NY in the winter, but, who knows, I know he would love the idea of me being there, but, with births, you can't guarantee a time frame and anything more than a week of winter, I'm just not up for with my tired bones. I so adore him though, so, I'm going to think hard on this. I haven't seen him in quite a long time thought we keep in touch regularly.
