In The Eyes Of The Beholder

My late Aussie mother-in-law had the most beautiful pale blue eyes with what looked like shards of diamonds that twinkled. They were especially striking in full sunlight.

My eyes change colour.
Mostly green , sometimes blue sometimes hazel.
Environmental colours do that to mine.

Once when I was in hospital the young nurse who was attending me suddenly said
"OMG your eyes just changed to green...I think they were grayish before "
I had a lovely day with visiting nurses coming in just to check my eye colour.
Some saw blue, then later green, then "bluish green"
right now after a disturbed night they are struggling to stay open....View attachment 323460View attachment 323461
I think most people’s eyes change colour depending on the environment. Eye colour in bright sunlight definitely looks completely different in incandescent or flourescent light.
Candlelight or firelight changes eye colour quite a bit. Sometimes my eyes look more green and sometimes they look more brown.
