“It’s really heartening to see that everyone is willing to not only accept Caitlyn Jenner as a woman, but to waste no time in treating her like a woman,” Stewart began. “You see, Caitlyn, when you were a man, we could talk about your athleticism, your business acumen, but now you’re a woman, and your looks are really the only thing we care about.”
Pundits are asking each other important questions about the societal impact of Caitlyn’s transition, such as “Do you think Caitlyn is hotter than Kris?” and “Does she have a better body than Kim Kardashian?” and, saving the best for last: “She looks good! Especially for her age.”
Stewart: “There you go! That’s the caveat we were missing: Remind her she has an expiration date now! You came out at 65, you’ve got another two years before you become invisible to society.”

I happened to see "I am Cait" on E where presurgery Cait explains to every member of her family what her surgery will mean and answering all their questions & concerns. She had the most fun with Kim when going through Cait's wardrobe as Kim directed wat she could wear and what she must toss. She's going to be a girly girl for sure.
What a beautiful, brave, and caring person she is. It would be a privilege to know her.

I suppose I am sick of the coverage of all the media coverage of the Bruce/Caitlyn thing. I know what his family said the egomaniac but I feel for his wife and children, "There goes poor old dad, seeking the limelight again."

I used to feel that way about Bruce Jenner too, but after hearing and watching him struggle with his sexual identity, I believe more than before that Caitlyn is a true transexual and I admire her for tackling this issue at 65 yrs old. I can't even imagine that. Jenner is still a champion with a champion's mentality. And on the plus side, making this such a public issue may help win acceptance for others struggling with similar problems.

Well said, Chic. Ms. jenner's former athletic exploits have nothing to do with her value as a person who has gone through gender reassignment surgery. Ego maniac, hardly. Courageous standard bearer, you bet. You go girl! Welcome to the patriarchy in all it's antideluvian dismissive glory. Up with women!!!!

Darn right he should be treated as a man and be asking Jenner about steroid use while prepping for the 1976 Olympics.

Treated as a man? Steroid use from a million years ago? Wow. No twenty first thinking here. Fortunately not all men feel this way.

Falls right in line with what Stewart was saying. The focus has been on his/her looks, operation, transition etc and not the person, achievements, exploits etc. I don't even hear that much mention of the lady he killed on a California highway. Surely dangerous driving is more important than "how pretty".
