I analyze the layout in some of these huge, beautiful kitchens too. Lovely to look at but I wouldn’t want to work in them. The efficient kitchen triangle has disappeared.
Yep, the efficient connection of stove, fridge and sink with enough countertop for work, and enough floorspace for traffic. I like the U-shape kitchen best.
