@RadishRose, that's a kitchen I'd love to spend time in. The soup & bread looks so good, especially with the cold weather that has set in here with the snow starting to come down.

Thanks Lilac, that's an unusual kitchen. With the stove-top walled in on both sides, it feels claustrophobic to me. Plus, you have to reach behind you to get at your ingredients. But I love the outdoorsy look of the background! The framing really makes it look like a window.

Whoever invented placing windows above kitchen sinks was a kind and gentle soul.

@gruntlabor, I have large window over my sink that gives us a view of our backyard into the garden & then the woods behind it. This was about ten years ago & since then we added raised beds & plan on putting in more. I thought I had more updated photos, but can't find them now.
