There was an old gal with a limp
She never ate nothin' but shrimp
Her legs were so weak
Poor thing had a squeak
But often behaved like an imp.

(Yay! At last, a limerick in perfect rhythm: 8-8-5-5-8! 9's and 6's usually are OK too.) 😁
 
Our poetry's getting much better
As for rhythm, let's work together
Guess we can try
