Listening to the radio, still?

I listen to one station I like in the car. Also, I can listen to it via the TV.

I have a dedicated FM radio for listening to an excellent local classic rock station. I have an extensive digital library of mostly classic rock I usually listen too, but sometimes I prefer the randomness of FM radio tunes.

I still have working radios and I still turn them on sometime to serve as background noise.

Same. I always have the radio on in the car - I had to change stations recently - the station I always listen to started playing Christmas music in November - nope. not gonna listen. I keep the radio on very softly.

Thank you, I thought that I was the only one .I also changed to a station that I don't usually listen to until that station also started playing christmas music, so now I listen to CD's in the car. I like to listen to the radio indoors but until the christmas music stops probably around the middle of January I will listen to music on my phone.

You can get a bunch of the old radio shows on YouTube. Once in awhile I'll fire one up, sit back, relax, and not be bothered with looking at anything while letting my imagination take over. It's too bad radio programs went out of style.

“Who Knows What The Shadow Knows”. That was one I liked to listen to, until my mom would come in and turn it to another station or turn the radio off. She said listening to that in the evening might give me nightmares.

My truck is over 6 years old, never have turned on the radio.

The choices here are:

1. Holy Roller Radio
2. Country Music Radio
3. Right Wing Talk Radio.

So, no, I don't listen to the radio.

I already said this...further back on this thread. we pay £174.00 annually TV& Radio licence...

Well, it's understandable. They've got to get the funding from somewhere. But it does tend to mitigate the public's ability to influence the programming.
