Thank you for the link. I am not arguing the information as i am not qualified to do so.
That said, the problem is , it is sort of a lifestyle change, and most folks [myself included] like their lifestyle. Including their diet, it is very hard to change.
I get sick & tired of the medical community/industry telling me what I need to do, their making the big buck, why is it that they cannot do something ? without dumping the "cure" back on me / us ?
Don't get me wrong, I actually like most of the "unlikeable" foods , [and eat them] and I have followed an exercise routine for most of my adult life .... still do [on days when i can] .
This is why it is so hard to understand why I am as I am. Heart disease, pre-diabetes, arthritis, neuropathy , etc. And why I now question the validity of it all. Even my cardiologist [whom i met way to young] @ 50, was perplexed about it. He said .... genetics .... So here again, does all the "good behavior" really do any good ??
Again, don't get me wrong , I do appreciate the information ...... I just got on my soapbox there for a bit.
