Maybe I'm just old....

I wonder whether the planet is being invaded secretly by invisible out of space visitors and some of us are being impregnated in our sleep and then become bi-ssexual or trans or whatever term is being used these days? - never seemed to be around in my youth?

I agree right up until he decided to sell his picture to promote who he is...! Do what you want, but don't push it in my face or my kids face...and shame on the magazine for using this topic to sell copies...
 
Live and let live. There are plenty of things I don't want "pushed in my face" but that's my tough luck as it is yours. If a kid sees and asks, then your job is to explain in an age appropriate manner. As for adults, yeah tough luck. Pluck out your eye if it offends you.
 
Just thinking people go nuts sometimes seeing two men hold hands. Not only are they turned off, but they get frantic about their children and possible questions. What's the solution? That two men not hold hands? NO, that's not right. "Whole world over so easy to see; people everywhere just wanna be free."

No he isn't pushing it in anyone's face. The reader has a choice to read or not read, too purchase the magazine or not.

How much did he get for his pictures and story? I didn't read where it said the story was bought. If the magazine asked for a story and he decided it was a good thing to tell it, in hopes of helping other transgenders then why not?

I have NO problem with 2 men, or 2 women, for that matter, holding hands, or even kissing. I certainly don't want to see any MORE than that, same as with straight people. Keep it private folks. And kids? It ain't "catching" folks, so relax. But people who change sex need a whole lot of mental health support before they do, otherwise there would not be so MANY of them suiciding, and more now wanting to change back.

Nice try, but why would you assume I read that article? I would not! I was reacting to the picture which is offensive to me on many levels. It was stuck in a place where anyone passing through will see it! #@$%

Doesn't anyone have any respect.... If you are going to be gross do so in private!

You make a good point, but I am so glad that I am not that fetus. A life of tease and torment beckons.
 
Things are different now. People really put it all out there. Stuff that I view as private. It tends to make me uncomfortable. I'm not criticizing them. It's me. I'm just old & set in my ways.

Based on his "body parts" he could have a piglet, or kitten! Yep, live and let live....at any cost! ...rationalize it, justify it, anything goes...
