Meet the lovely bride & groom

She's not Sam Neill in drag is she? But hey, at least they found each other so no one else has to wake up with 'em.

At least no one will steal her man from her - not with that bike lock in his nose.

And I hope he's a good provider, because she's got a lot of bare spots to be filled in. :D

How absolutely GHASTLY! Our middle daughter was telling me this morning that she had thought of getting a small tattoo of a flower on her ankle. She asked her husband how he felt about it and he said it was up to her. However her two sons 12 and 9 overheard the conversation and told their mother in no uncertain terms that she wasn't to do such a crazy thing! Her eldest said it was tantamount to joining the criminal classes to have a tattoo.:D Their Granny thinks tattoos are horrible too and completely agrees with those sensible boys. I told our girl that having just had her 40th birthday senility must creeping up on her!:D

I hope that picture of the tattooed child is a spoof? In the UK it is a illegal for anyone under 18 to have a tattoo.

Ditto, geesh! Must take all day just to get all that "jewelry". I have enough trouble finding one hole for one earring on each side:hide:

Wut wo...I have two. They're small. One on my forearm--Jiminy Cricket playing a violin and one on my calf of a butterfly and a flower. Yup. I was a biker granny.

DH thought the tattoo on my calf was a swell idea after my aunt got a rosebud tattooed on her shoulder for an 80th birthday gift to herself. After I got the butterfly/flower, DH decided we should accessorize and bought the Harley.

Jiminy Cricket playing a violin just reminded me of the Moody Blues singing "Nice to be Here", one of my all-time favorite songs. Along with the other critters and the music they were making, they sang about a mouse playing a daffodil. Yeah. A stretch from a mouse playing a daffodil to Jiminy Cricket play a violin, but there ya go!

However, there's no way on God's green earth that I'd ever consider anything like Mr. & Mrs. Lovely Wedding Couple's "art" or even close to it. Ew. Ew. Ew.

Hi Georgia, Moody Blues probably my fave band of all time. Also, I love tatoos and earrings but just in moderation. Yours sound lovely. If I could have one, prolly be a yellow rose, just love yellow roses;) Denise

PS Fave song of Moody Blues, Knights in White Satin, I know, it's the most famous I think. Denise:)

Actually, nwlady, it was "mouse playing daffodil"...I hit something or other and deleted some of my sentence when posting and didn't get it fixed quite right. Oops. Have since edited it.

Yellow tea rose is my favorite flower; yellow butterflies my favorite butterfly. Don't know how my tat turned out to be a pink flower and a pink butterfly. Don't know as I've ever even see a pink butterfly.

Did anybody notice the ear "flaps" on the happy groom? OMG!

Knights in White Satin was the subject of some study or other (probably a grant funded by the gummint! LOL)...said that it was the music of choice when committing suicide. WTH?

Yeah, who needs to "seek out strange, new worlds" we have it right here.

Maybe they are the 'wash off' kind of tattoos. Imagine going through the whole process with the tools of the trade. ouch & double ouch.

I have one, but it can't be seen when I have clothes on.:) I don't understand people who get them all over their body, and especially people like those you posted.
