Are we really supposed to write a book expressing other peoples' opinions? That makes no sense.
I suspect what you want is to come in hot disagreeing when something doesn't fit your comfortable narrative, and then discount it all making ad hominem attacks.
Bog forbid somebody might learn something. In this case about a mental health issue.
If you're just here for more cat pictures then why even read threads in these other forums?
Whoa here!
My writing reference was meant from someplace else...a comment earlier as I am a wordy writer and I need to learn to be more succinct.
I didn't have time to watch a video nor did I want to watch earlier. But I mentioned I watch certain other silly, fun videos when I am not able to watch something more serious as what you posted. I have to pace myself if you will. Serious:fun stuff online.
I apologize!
I DID watch it, all of it now.
I agree with what the woman is saying.
I have two sons and two daughters.
Also know the highest suicide rate in the US now is sadly young men 21-24.
Men and women's brains are designed by genetics, so well in fact, for what nature meant for them to do.
And my experiences watching both male and female genders grow up side by side was so enlightening my feminist tendencies of the 70s-80s cooled a great deal. I also have three grandsons and five grand daughters. They, from birth had behaviors of their brain type, male or female!
Rampant feminism seems to miss many of the nuances of the sexes and how they complement each other in day to day living and functioning to support the species as a whole.
I've also been in more than a few male female relationships over the long life, so far.
Men and women do NOT think or operate on the same neural network much of the time.
What the speaker said in her info was that girls want to talk about issues in order to solve and feel better about what ruffles their feathers. Men that I have known are few and far between who want to do that.
Men put it away, let it go as they do better forgetting about it.
At least that is what I have also learned with every man I know, except a few.
Both men and women have differing styles on a continuum is how I also see it.
On a scale of 1-10 with 1 being an unfeminine (not feelings based) or unmasculine (feelings based) to 10 being either very feelings female based or very male, non-feelings based.
Again, I agree with this woman's assessment and thank you for sharing.
Didn't hear much about "elite" gender battles. Elite is a subjective word, used to be good, but now progressives hate "elite" people too! Flavor word of the week. She defined it as those in corporate higher level jobs...
