A young mother raised eyebrows when, using make-up, she drew a bold pair onto her newborn baby’s face. When she shared photos of the result on social media, however, they were reportedly met with a mixed reaction.

I don't care for it. But probably not abuse. She is just trying to get attention and using her child to do it. Too bad it will be out there forever. I pity the poor child as it will follow her around through all her years.

I think that it is poor judgment to use your personal makeup products on another person especially a newborn with delicate skin.

I also think that my parents did a few stupid things to me when I was young and I survived/thrived, this kid probably will too.

One of her reasons for doing the eyebrow drawing, was to teach her daughter not to fall asleep at parties when she is older.

With so much real child abuse going on these days, what a waste of energy to be concerned about this (rather stupid) mother.
At least she didn't leave the child in a hot car, then put on a crying act when police arrive to remove the kid's body.

My question is Why did she do that? I would be afraid my baby might be allergic or something. Besides make up should never be "shared". On the other hand I think law enforcement entities sometimes take things too far. And this is one of those times.
