My Daughter's YouTube Videos @islaroseyoga

My daughter is a Yoga instructor as well as other pursuits. She recently vacationed in Cancun and Tulum where her husband shot this video and then she added the music. She does sound bowls as well...all things peaceful and beautiful. She herself is beautiful on the inside. She's so kind and healing.

You can see more on YouTube if you click on @islaroseyoga. I then hit the word "subscribe" so they send me a notification when she has a new post. I don't think she makes money on it...yet. She's rather new to YouTube. And I'm sure youtube is saturated with yoga videos.

Her husband built my house and then built my daughter her own Yoga studio "Isla Rose Yoga". On a good day she walks her clients out to the beach for Yoga on the beach.

I gave up trying to protect her identity because she's all over instagram too. But her husband protects her like there's no tomorrow. He is so good to her and me and all his clients. Patient, hardworking and never angry. He loves us and we love him. I have another two daughters I'm equally proud of...all are successful business owners...and a son who works a various national parks but is now headed back to Alaska for fishing season.

Wonderful video, @Lara ! Thanks for sharing! Your daughter's quite beautiful and talented (like her mother!)! I can't stretch like that at my age, but it brings back memories when I was younger and into modern dance. Kudos to her!

I am very impressed with her abilities!! You must be so proud of her. She really looks like she knows what she is doing, and does it VERY well. Thanx for sharing this with us!! :)

Exactly. I can do most of the positions. The standing ones with the leg going back is a hard one for me though. My balance isnā€™t as good as it used to be but I can do the grabbing the toe and lifting the leg up. I actually like doing those stretches. I like doing most stretches. Iā€™ve never done the belly rolls eirher. They arenā€™t in my namaste yoga so I never learned them. Laraā€™s daughterā€™s is so graceful and fluid in her moves. Its impressive.
