I didn't realize this that this is a sandwich ring! WOW, bring it on!

Bread Blossom - Oh Sweet Basil​

It is a version of the no knead bread. Replace one cup of bread flour with whole wheat, reduce covered baking by 10 and open baking by 5 or you will need a hacksaw to get through the bottom crust. Keeps well in a dish towel and freezes well. Bread crumbs are soso.

I do not have a pot big enough for the boiling part. My go to are 11/2 inch pretzel knots. They freeze very well. Defrost in no time and love a minute of rejuvenation in the air fryer. Perfect for bubbles for two with wine or a big plate of one bite sandwiches for a t
grazer dinner.

Thank you for the invite! I have a call tomorrow with my friend in Amberg - gossip, recipes and more gossip. I never had the pleasure to work in food on site. Bread was one of the things I missed. It is flour, water and a leavening agent. Ikea for hungry folks
