I like bakeries that bake the old fashioned way who don't use processed mixes. They put simple ingredients together themselves like flour, yeast & water without the preservatives. I think that is part of the problem ... food wasn't supposed to last forever.

We sometimes go to San Francisco to get Princess cakes for birthdays. It is an older bakery here.
