He is devastated, I knew what was going on (30 years in health care). He quit smoking 50 years ago, eats as healthy as can be, has walked his 10,000+ steps every day, rain or shine. I'm numb, my grandmother and both my parents died from cancer. His cancer is really bad, very aggressive and spreading like crazy, even has a mass on one of his kidneys. He was making excuses for quite awhile with the pain. I finally told him to go to his doc or he was going to shady pines.

I am sorry to hear your worrying news, Debbie.
What are your thoughts about treatment options?

Can you access any support groups for cancer patients?

Best wishes to your husband and stay strong yourself. I've seen people given months living 10 years. The effects of treatment wound up being worse.

Again best wishes.

Deb - So, so sorry. My late wife Bobbie passed away from small cell carcinoma on Easter of '16. Prayers.

I know the devastation of a cancer diagnosis for myself and my daughter. I know it seems so negative right now, but there is always hope. My dear friend was told she had very aggressive lung cancer and is now going into her 6th year of survival. Hold onto positive thoughts!

That is very sad news and many of us know what it is like to hear someone near to us has Cancer. That doesn't make it any easier on you though I know. I'm sorry this has happened Debbie. I'm keeping you both in prayer.
