Ummmβ¦all of them please.@Shalimar, here are a few just for you! Take your pick!
50 SHADES OF CHOCOLATE: βKnockanian menβ were auctioned off at the Choc Night event last week Friday night in order to raise funds for a childrenβs cancer foundation. It was a night full of chocolate, man chocolate if you know what I mean,β said Nonhlanlha Ncube, the Rotaract committee chairperson.
those strawberries will probably taste good but will NOT be like fresh ones.I froze 3 of the "homemade" chocolate covered strawberries my son bought for me a couple of months ago from a local candy shop, well known in our area for their chocolates. Forgot I had them until a couple of days ago. Today would be a good day to thaw and eat at least one of them.![]()
No doubt. I never did take them out. My son brought home a squash pie and that deterred me so I've had enough sweets for today.those strawberries will probably taste good but will NOT be like fresh ones.
I'll take the chocolate-covered ones. Sweet, handsome, delectable, and if they annoy you, you can just bite their heads off........
Not giving up on dark chocolate because of one report. If you gave everything up that is supposed to cause cancer, you would have nothing left.
As long as you keep your toilet seat down you'll be fine!
Consumer Reports and CBS are plausible sources. Two helpful notes, the report lists brands with the lowest concentration, and I suspect that chocolate manufacturers will feel the heat and do more to keep the Lead and Cadmium as low as possible. Not giving up on dark chocolate because of one report. I am still amazed how many products are in stores that have the "California Proposition 65" on labels.
I know! Chocolate anything...everything!β CHOCOLATE. β !!!!!!!!!!!![]()
Well, You should have given it to me! We buy those big Trader Joe's bars, which have almost twice the California allowable lead in them. The solution: eat half as much and you'll be ok.My dark chocolate supply headed for the garbage last night. )-8
Hate to tell you this but my trip to the garbage was with an untouched Trader Joeβs Pound Plus bar and another cut up and half eaten. My favorite, great chocolate and good for the heart β or maybe not?Well, You should have given it to me!
