New Forum... looking for your thoughts

Sounds intriguing , I watched a documentary on disappearances not long ago. The number of them is staggering . And some of the reasons believed for them are varied. Some are verified ! Some folks just walk away ........
That's the spirit!

I’m sorry, but I’m still not getting it. Are you speaking about true crimes that are unsolved, missing persons, or something else?

I have access to many unsolved crimes, but to solve those crimes, it will take a lot of investigating and a little luck doesn’t hurt either.

True crimes and mysteries, etc, yes, however, NeedShave, cast an idea out there as to fictional scenarios, and I think that would be a blast, too.

Ultimately, 911, it was your started thread on Alcatraz, that inspired me to ponder this. Just so fun and interesting to hear other members perspectives on such, not to mention, to engage one another as to possible scenarios, etc.

All too often unsolved mysteries and crimes and such just quietly fade away, but having a dedicated Sub-Forum in order to talk about such cases, I believe would make for interesting conversation.

Because this conversation has been going so well, I'm pooh-poohing your question, PGP.

Well, it's RGP but ....... whatever. It was an honest question, and as you display, as long as things are going your way fine, the minute a opposing question is raised , you duck and cover.

My apologies in my typo error, RPG.

Not a lot to go my way or not my way, we'll be talking mysteries and unsolved cases, etc.

Nonetheless, no need to get in a fluff yet, as this is still in it's infancy.

I think it would be too “dark” a subject for me if real cases were discussed. But it seems there are many who would like it and I would certainly pop in and add my two cents every now and then. 😂

Again, not "fluff" just a few honest questions, with as yet no answers.

I was giving thought to a dedicated forum based on unsolved crimes and mysteries, missing persons, the unexplained, solved cases, etc.

Wanted to share my idea with everyone to get your insight on.

Your thoughts?

I'm in AM. Maybe it can mirror the FBI/BAU analysis template. Please keep us posted as to how the admins want this to run.

Okay, saddle up, were going pooh-poohing.
Oh, before most of you guy's time: Dr. Sam Shepard killed his wife (alleged bases for tv program 'The Fugitive)
it was the first killing that received national attention (don't know why).
Did he, or didn't he. Aunt Meg know-right? right 🧐

This new thread, are we talking something like Clue: the board game where players attempt to determine the murderer?
Real murders, mysteries-right?

Real or fictitious as NeedShave, hinted around.

Would be exactly the same as any ordinary subject/thread.

Some topics of conversation/discussion revolve around things more serious, while others are based on experiences, practices, and such, and then of course there's the Humor Forum SF has. It's all relative to whatever a member posts.

LOVE Clue (board game and the movie)!
