nwlady, inquiring minds want to know

Oh, my. Sometimes what it takes is a meltdown...except crying gives me a headache:( The senior housing sounds good. Do you have to be 62 to get one of those apartments? Here and also in Michigan where I lived before, residents only had to be 55. Rent was based on income...assuming that's the case where you are, too, so even with minimal income, that would be a good solution for housing.

Believe me, I understand your frustration. There were many days when I felt hopeless and helpless. It all worked out, but there were many days when I didn't think I'd ever see a light at the end of the tunnel.

You can do it. One foot in front of the other and all that. Sending good mojo and juju and stuff your way. And we're all pulling for you...you know that, right?

Yes, I've got some friends here:) I'm really grateful for the site GXP;) Well, I have to be 62 to collect my SS, so no matter what age you get the housing, can't have it without at income. But you are right, it will work out;) Crying did give me a headache, but I also felt a lot of relief, either from the tears, talking to the ladies, or both;) Don't get me wrong, I hate crying, but sometimes it has been like out of my control this last couple years. It's awful because you're at everyone's mercy, you never know what advantage someone may take of a person that is "broken". I meant "kick you when you're down" here.
