Lol. We haven't had any snow in almost two years. They have palm trees in Victoria, and olive groves on a nearby island. Warmest place in Canuckistan where I live. Only now am I retiring my thongs for the winter.

We call them "flip-flops" here, but they are just as wild looking. They are not sold in vending machines, but many stores sell them.
