@palides2021 Thanks for sharing your artwork, love your paintings and the subject matter. You are very talented! I had a desire to do some art years ago with water colors, oils, charcoal, pencil, etc. I found I just did not have the talent in me, but I do admire folks like you who have the drive and create beautiful works. Must be a good feeling to complete a special painting. šŸ§”

Thank you, @SeaBreeze for your kind words! Yes, it is a good feeling to complete my paintings. I have caught myself months later, passing by a painting, and wondering if I should have dabbed more color in a spot or two, haha.

Thanks, @Gaer! I appreciate your encouraging words! Creating my own designs has been slow in the coming, as I tried first with the paint-by-numbers and now watercolor. I am trying to find the medium (watercolor or acrylic) that speaks to me most. Right now, I am focusing on watercolor. There are limitations to it, as compared to acrylic, but I'm learning!

I'm glad you liked the butterfly! What I'd like to do one day is go outside and paint nature. I haven't tried it yet, but that would be an experience! The photos you shared from your walks in the woods etc. would be good material for watercolor paintings, I must say.

Thanks, @Dustbunny ! I will be teaching University courses in a few days and will slow down painting projects considerably, but I don't think I'll ever stop painting. The feedback I received today from the SF members was quite uplifting! It somehow has given me the boost and confidence to move forward, if that makes sense.
