Fact is, all I do is look at a sentence and go by feel - if it sounds right, do it.

I leave the rest up to my editors. That's what they get paid for.

I'm pretty laid back re misspellings and grammar, as long as I can understand what the writer is saying. Like many others, I hate long unending posts without breaks. I refuse to read ''texting abbreviations'' or the words where they go ''AmErIcA". I haven't seen any of that here, but have seen it sometimes in other article comments.

Yep, to every word of that.

I usually only open threads if the subject interests me, and I feel I can add something to the conversation or learn something from it. If there's so much heat that my hair feels warmish, there are plenty of others to look into. nthego:
