More like a Ninja star.I give it a 1. If form follows function what function could that be? Maybe some kind of a frisbee like toy.

But you didnāt answer the question.Their function is for the service of food. As for the rest: Art enjoyment? Personal expression?

The question offered by Deb was Do you Like This style? Rate it 1 being the worse, 10 being the best.I don't understand your comment, Patty (probably because I'm not an artist). The function of the form, apart from the service of food, is atmosphere, decor, art for art's sake, or maybe just for fun.
How is this set different or necessarily inferior to any other decorative set --except as a matter of taste?
I'm more comfortable with paper plates, I'm giving 'em a 1. However, if you took them to Antiques Roadshow and had them evaluated, they might be surprisingly worth something. On a scale of 1 to 10 (1=ugliest, 10=very attractive), how would you rate this dinnerware design?

Oh! I love your taste. Thats a beautiful design.Oh, sorry! I don't like it. I give it a one. It's gaudy, pretentious, over the top, attention grabbing. I'm for warm comfort in all things. I like this better:

We have a close woman friend. She's about seven years younger than me, but extremely delicateāmainly because she's so very thin. One might say she borders on emaciation. Everybody who knows this intelligent & dear person thinks she should gain 30 lbs. She loves the color orange, in anything. Car, living room furniture, deck furniture, ceramics, clothing, doors in her buildings. It would be great if you were on a diet.
Studies have shown that orange dishes can actually spoil your appetite .
Ooooh! I think I'd give him a 10/10![]()
... for the dishes in the OP ...
