Random Pictures taken using your Phone..Let's see yours

While parking at the big Santa Clara Kaiser Permanente hospital, saw a pink Tesla Cybertruck so took a phone photo I'll try and post herein tomorrow. My old moto g smartphone doesn't easily connect to my laptop USB port in transfer mode so need to deal with that. About time to upgrade my phone.

Cybertrucks are not uncommon here in San Jose however was surprised to see such a gaudy pink one.

Another photo I took with my phone in Rothenburg ob der Tauber.

The Käthe Wohlfahrt store can be seen on the middle right. The store is quite deceiving, it's on different levels and extends far back into the basement.

I used to make colourful houses like this as a kid out of Lego.

I love Germany, and the Germans know how run a good Christmas market. We usually go to Germany or Austria in December, but we're going to Norway this year. We've been in several Käthe Wohlfahrt. stores. Some fantastic things - but a tad expensive.
that's the trouble with Norway..beautiful place but OOOhhhhhhh.the prices...

Is there anyone here with even a moderately critical photographic eye who looks at some of the photos in this thread and thinks, "There's no way that was taken with a phone"?

Some of the images look as though they were shot with a long lens due to the way the foreground and background appear compressed into a relatively narrow field of view, much like what you'd expect when standing far back and zooming in with a long lens.

I can't help but imagine the phone must resemble something like this. Just think how painful it would be to try and force that down into a pocket of your pants. It doesn't bear thinking about! You could end up doing yourself an injury:

Anyway, on a different note, here is a photo I took with an iPhone 12. Can anyone figure out the name of the town? As a clue, it's in the German state of Baden-Württemberg. I believe the French got there towards the end of WW2, under the command of Philippe Leclerc de Hauteclocque. You know you must be important when you have a name this long.

If you look at this photo I took in the same town, you will see that the French must have left their Ice Cream Van behind when they left?
