I'm not sure I understand your post in general ?

I mean I am pretty certain that the guy in the video is not Elton John, but he is singing an Elton John song .... more likely pantomime anyway.

Where does propaganda come into it.
 

This is really confusing, Tish. Putin looks pretty healthy and energetic to me. None of the scenes in the video match the narrative (doctors? cancer? severe nausea?) and all you see is a lot of running around and having meetings with people. I don't get it.
 
I saw Putin on tv at Russia's military parade only a couple of months ago. He was shaky, and looked decidely unwell. He was given a rug to put over his knees but the military brass sitting beside him weren't. I read where he was due to go to hospital to have fluid drained from his system. He now looks like a spring chicken, but for how long?>

I don't think we can know. He did look healthy in the background during the written information, but he looked and sounded sick in the one sequence at the end. I'm not betting either way. But I'd be happy if they would turn Russia over to his body double, and let that guy run it for awhile. Maybe things would improve. I don't see Putin as a leader as much as I see a self serving control freak sucking the life out of his country.
 
Still photo and video manipulation is nothing new when it involves intelligence and military propaganda agendas. ImagePro and Photoshop were loosely based on these techniques.
