Yes I have seen that one and there is good access to the position she is in so quite believable@Mizmo Good catch ! I usually try and do some research before posting but I didn't this time. From what I can tell, this is the original photo .
On May 27, 1930, the Chrysler Building opened to the public and was the tallest building in the world until the Empire State Building surpassed it in 1931. Here we see LIFE photographer Margaret Bourke-White focusing her camera perched atop a gargoyle on the Chrysler Building in 1935.

She was quite something in her day.
