If you lived close to me Rosemarie..I'd call ya, I'd be happy to take you out on a beautiful sunny day like this :cool:...as it is we're going to be catching up with the garden work today after 2 weeks of neglect!!

What I want right now...is a hot cuppa tea, and I'm just about to make one...

It truly gets harder and harder to find personal happiness, as, daily, I am made so painfully aware of our (possibly fatal) shortcomings as a species.
 
For our &*@##(%!* house to close.

We "sold" it reasonably quickly, but it's been one glitch after another on the closing. The buyers are desperate, they have a baby showing up any minute now. We were on the verge of not giving them another extension and putting the house on the market again, but the idea of starting over again was chilling.

But as of yesterday, we have been assured by all concerned that we WILL close on Wednesday. I'm not holding my breath.
 
I'd like to bring out my new sewing machine and start a sewing project. I'm pretty sure the new bedroom replacement windows we ordered will come and to save some money I decided to paint them myself. The man installing them said he would drop them off and when I'm done he will install them. Makes it easier to paint when they are down.

I don't want my sewing to be spread all over the dining room table while I paint. That sort of thing would drive me crazy.
