She is doing an impeccable job, as always.

On the contrary, continuing to work on things she believes in and has championed all her life is probably the best thing for her. It isn't like she has a rigorous physically demanding job. It's her brain she works with and that is still sharp as a tack.

Ruth Bader Ginsburg was born the same year as I was and I read her biography. Many parallels there and enjoyed her book tremendously. She had a tough time proving her abilities and Justice Scalia and she were close friends until he died. Both admired each other's integrity, and abilities. She's a tough lady and I hope she's being kept as comfortable as is legally possible.

I can't read her mind, but I suspect that at her age, and with her many health problems, she would love to retire. She probably will, when it's "safe" to. Her hanging in as long as she has is nothing short of heroic!
