Since the Interstate Commerce Commission is operative, if there have been challenges to the Constitutionality of its Enactment, they have failed. Have certain provisions been ruled upon and stricken, yes, such as:I would think a lot of these laws might not stand a constitutional test. As I understand it the Commerce Clause gives Congress pretty much the exclusive right to regulate trade between states. Don't know if they have been so tested.
