Hello - My name is Gia, living in U.S. - I am little bit shy because I not speak the most perfect English, but I am working on it.

I not been there for visiting, but I see all kind of pictures from a friend that I has in England who travel there all the time ...she love it and she wish to retiring there!

Yes, it's gorgeous. I lived in MA when my dad was in the navy - 1957-60 was when I lived there (Rockland). I visit the US every year for 3 or 4 weeks but my family lives in Michigan. However, I did make it to RI and MA last summer.
 
Oh..yes! I know where is Rockland - is a little far north from here.... That so GREAT that you able to visiting each year - Michigan is in middle of this country but Rhode Island and MA is close together here... May be you will not be far from me? If you coming to Cape Cod area that where I am. :)

Also lived in Weymouth for a short time. I've been here 16 years and we always go visit and now I have two granddaughters there. Many in my family have come to visit us here in Scotland. No plans to revisit New England but we did have a good time. One brother lives in Newport RI. First time visiting there and loved it.

Oh that is so nice...and Newport is very elegant...we love to go there in summer time, and in Christmas time a few of the mansions has such a beautiful greetings and dinners and teas...so pretty there! I know of Weymouth, but I do not think I have visit to there...is nice to chats with you Ameriscot..thank you...xo Gia

Newport was amazing! Visited a few mansions. Just a very charming town. :)
