Severe pain in hands

My ULTIMATE solution to all my pain and problems is to sink INSIDE the game of "Civilization VI" for 5 to 7 hours per day and ALL my problems disappear. Then I only worry about having a nuclear war with my AI game opponents.
I play solitaire online, but not with other people. I play against a timer, mainly to sharpen my brain.

I am not using it much now but I have an Oster back massager. It has two speeds, strong and violent. Because there is a long stick handle, I can control how much pressure it has on my hands and can buffer the massage with gloves or a shirt. After I carefully use it on my hands they feel "reborn". Just need to be sure it doesn't hit bone without a buffer.

My hands kept me up half the night, last night. Mostly the small fingers, along the outer edge, all the way up the sides to about halfway up the palm.

It hasn't been bad today. I even worked on a vest I'm making for Ariel, my g-daughter. Yesterday was a good one, too.

The only thing different that I've done is ask Meesh to message my hands. So I guess that's helping. But I have an appt w/my doc in a couple weeks.

Thanks, Remy.
Sorry it's taking two weeks but I know how that goes. Keep us updated please.

That's miserable. Carpel tunnel? My surgery was a relief. Then the left hand started bothering me. Injection late last year has helped greatly.

These darn appendages!! Both hands, especially my right ( mouse hand ), is going numb, especially at night. My ankles get burning hot at night and wake me up.
Your doctor can do some tests to see if it's peripheral neuropathy....or maybe you already know. I'm sure that's what's causing the problems in my feet, and maybe my hands as well. But the pain in my hands gets so bad, I want to make sure there's not some other cause, like a cyst on a nerve or something.

How are you feeling? Any relief?
Hand massages are helping. That tells me the pain is probably inflammation. A guess. Of course, my doctor can make much better guesses than me.

I ordered some CBD/THC gummies online. On ordering, they said I'd get them on Fri. Now they're saying today. Meanwhile, my sweet DIL, Kay, came over yesterday with a little gift bag full of CBD and THC gummies and tinctures, and she sat down and went over all the instructions and her recommendations.

Kay has severe diabetes and she's insulin-dependent. She has an insulin injection port implanted on her abdomen. She also uses medical marijuana and has a favorite dispensary, where she bought me all this stuff.

I tried some already. She said I should eat half a peach gummy about every 6 hours. But I forgot. I ate a whole one. I also forgot she said they don't hit you for about an hour, so about 20 minutes later, I ate a pineapple one, too.

I won't do that again...🤪o_O:sleep:. It messed with my head so much I couldn't tell you if they helped or not.

I'll start fresh today.

The pain in my ankles, abdomen, and sinuses all started a couple years ago. I was diagnosed with idiopathic peripheral neuropathy. I take Gabapentin and use pot and supplements. There are Zoom support groups specifically for it. I am amazed at the complicated symptoms that others have. It is a fairly wide spread ailment. I have feeling that this increase in diagnosis goes along with our bodies autoimmune system. This modern polluted environment we walk around in, and have for 20 years has caught up with us. Young people get this too.

I would like to know if the CBD/THC gummies help. Do you know the ratio of THC/CBD?

I totally agree. Also, food additives. "A better life through chemistry" right? I think that's what DuPont chemical company ads used to say.

I swallow THC capsules. They are very effective. Don't like gummies cause chewing sweet things sticks to my teeth.
Neither do I. I tried them as a sleep aid for middle of the night. I felt guilty about not brushing my teeth. It’s gel caps for me.

Frank, I like a 5:5 ratio. Interesting, I just checked the label to see the type. That info is no longer on the packages.

Kay explained it all, but I don't remember half of what she said....it was a lot of 'splainin'.

I'll call her. She'll go over it again...slowly. She's such a sweetie sweetheart, she'll probly write it all down on a spreadsheet or whatever and drop it by. 😇

Ok, the peach gummy pkg says 1:1; 100mg THC, 100mg CBD.

The Kanha gummy pack just says 5mg ea, and Sativa.

The pineapple says 3mg THC per piece, 60mg THC per pack (of 20), and <2mg CBD per pack.

Today I'll take them as directed by my DIL (I messed up yesterday). I'll test each one separately. If they help with the pain, I'll come back and post about it.

Sometimes I’d used Pink Kush 7.3 mg THC gel caps to help with sleep. It was good. One really bad night I took a second a couple of hours later. That wasn’t wise for me.

“Pink Kush weed is popular with medicinal cannabis users for its de-stressing and body relaxing effects. Consumers claim that the strain's body high offers relief from chronic pain, muscle aches and other types of pains. This strain is also used to manage migraines, back pains and muscle strains.”
