Sexy Fingernails....Or.....??

I dunno Pappy. I tried regular false fingernails one time in my life when I was a teen, they got in the way with everything and I hated them, they were off in one day.

You had to ask that Jillaroo...I didn't think of that before...now I'm having images in my mind that need to go.

That's just weird. And you KNOW it takes a lot for me to say that.

Back in the rip-snortin' '80's a certain class of young ladies would grow one fingernail - usually the little finger - extra long. You'd see them populating all the hot clubs and bars, and there would always be a little white powder on the inside of that nail ...

That's just moi being practical SB & Di, i feel anyone who grows their nails to that length have problems, perhaps by growing them people take notice of them, i think i would rather wear a see through top than have those nasties hanging off my fingers

Gross!!!! Never mind the bodily function business, I can just imagine the germs and grime that would collect on those. I would think it would hurt to carry those ugly things around too.

Can't figure people out sometimes......

It makes me sick to look at them. Yet another bid for attention, how sad. Can't even imagine how complicated that makes her life when it's complicated enough already.

Ugly.

I keep the nails on my left hand cut very short and the nails on my right hand long for playing guitar. Short ones are easy but long ones are a pain in the butt to maintain.

Ewww!

Aside from being unsightly, I can only think of how unhygienic fingernails that long would be, not to mention the handicap they would present when it came to doing things.

I hate long fingernails. They carry the worse germs ever. Neatly trimmed at a sane length is fine. I also cringe when I see someone biting their fingernails. Sticking their fingers in their mouth grosses me out. As an old OR nurse I guess I see evil pathogens everywhere. Facial hair is another.

I met a legal secretary with pretty long nails, a few inches anyway, and found it hard to believe she could still use a keyboard etc., but she was extremely nice and helpful, so there's a plus, and I guess the nails were just her thing(?). :) .

ROFLMAO!

Lew. Dear husband and I were having breakfast in a restaurant many years ago, and a man sitting at a table near to us had the biggest, bushiest beard, and in his beard and mustache was more egg yolk than was on his breakfast plate. So disgusting.
