Technique for managing SF "Conversations" section

I've enjoyed many conversations with members. I'm sure it's simple, but how do I delete conversations that were completed and are now inactive. Please understand it's not that I want to ignore a member, just want to do some housekeeping on those conversations that came to a conclusion. Thanks

So there are "Conversations" which are presumably private. How about "Profile Posts", with appear to be viewable by any that visit a member's profile page. Can they be deleted or made private?

I think that Edit and Delete are still available on Profile Posts that you personally post. But you can't delete posts that others have posted. I imagine you can ask Matrix.

Aha! Through my keen powers of observation(😝) and my naturally adventuresome attraction to experimentation I discovered that in fact a Profile Post can be deleted, if so desired.🤓

Can anyone tell me what information is required in the "TITLE" section of a new conversation (in Senior Forums)? I'm not allowed to send the message without first completing that field. Thank you.

Sorry, I'm just seeing this now. Yep, the last post by someone else on my profile page was made more than a year ago and the "delete" is still there if I'd want to get rid of it.

If you mean in the PM private messages, it can be anything at all... if you mean to start a new forum thread, that would need to be descriptive and not vague.

I clicked on the envelope and chose option to start a new conversation, entered the recipient's name in the address section, the next section asks for a Title.

Yes.... that can be anything. "Hi" "About Your Post" "Hey There".... no rules on what it should be. Of course, if it's out of line, it will most likely be reported by the recipient. :)

you just write in whatever it is you've come to have a PM with the other person about...for example.. '''Jimmy is driving me nuts... or your conversation about TV shows...or whatever it is your PMing them for...
