I started this thread in a music forum, many years ago, and it was received fairly well. Thought I'd give it a go in this one.
The general idea is, no matter how bad of a day you may have been having, by the simple process of elimination, there has to be one thing that was the best thing that happened to you. It doesn't have to be life changing or anything big, just something positive that happened to you.
I'll go first.
I got to see my son today. He came over for a haircut (my wife is a cosmetologist), and we had coffee and just spent some time together.
