No doubt OCD could be used for the betterment of humanity. I had a friend who had been through treatment at more than one well-known facility. I enjoyed her visits because by the time she left, I had no housework left undone. I couldn't have lived with her because there were some rather freaky manifestations of her behavior but her visits were nice.

I saw this lady on TV. Besides counting each butt (which I think is ridiculous) she is not letting the litterbugs take responsibility for them own actions. She would have been better off to use her butt grabber to pinch each person on the behind as they tossed their cig butt on the ground.
