the cop and the kitty kat, LOL!

LOL, he was sure a sweetie with that kitty, I mean he had to be business like but yet, you could see the kitti was getting the best of him.

Please don't let what some cops have done wrong cause you to not trust any of them. My brother was well-loved all the days he served (between 30 & 40 years). And in 62 years, I've never run into an unfair one;)

Well, I know there are bad "apples" in every, kind of barrel, but I don't believe in stereotyping. I also admit, in all I hear going on "out there" the thought of fear crosses my mind if I was to get stopped on a secluded highway. I mean anyone human is going to at least be aware, and hopefully careful. I probably wouldn't ever travel at night again, not alone, like I used to. Just things like that. I feel so sorry for people that are stuck in neighborhoods where trouble seems to always be brewing.

Love his dedication to the task, in spite of the impish behaviour of the kitty.

Mum taught us to respect and trust policeman and to turn to them if in trouble.
I've never had any personal experience that would make me think and do otherwise
but I realise that the culture in some police cadres can turn toxic.

Still, I think it is best to expect the best from all people, including the police.

Not to break any hearts, but I understand that the original video showed him at the end kicking that cat several feet away ... they took that one down on YouTube and I haven't been able to find it anywhere else yet.

I agree Warrigal, all people. I personally would never want to walk around with a suspicious attitude towards people, or treat them less then friendly, and with kindness. For one thing, it would keep me from having any friends, and I think it would make people suspicious of me. I heard this line in a silly movie but have never forgotten it: "A lady and a gentleman are people that do their best to make others around them feel comfortable". That is what I hope to do when I'm with folks.

Where did you hear that, or read about it Phil. At the end he scoots the kitten away with his foot but it isn't a kick. I so hope you are wrong.
