If it were easy, it wouldn't still be around 5 centuries later.
Avoid those problems as early on as possible. At any point start looking for the known and proven helps to either stay healthier or to get healthier, instead of letting health go downhill just because it seems necessary. I will turn 70 this Sept. Four months ago I started developing headaches that quickly went to my sinuses and then I developed periperal neuopathy. I am not doing well with this at all. I too am suffering from a depression that is deep. Yea, I do not know how the Betty White's keep on goin'. Sometimes I feel like I am walking on a razor's edge.I have all of the above and it dawned on me when I hit 70 that the old gray mare ain't what she used to belol.
It seemed like overnight that I had new lines and wrinkles in my face (to my horror). I could go on and on about how women have to give up their former physical appearance and learn how to adjust to their new look! I have not adjusted well and one of the reasons that I joined this Forum was to meet other ladies who are going through the same transition.
I have meds and my own natural home remedies that I use for the above ailments. The toughest part for me is the constant pain of arthritis and diverticulosis. The second worst issue is the depression that I fight day and night that is directly connected to my aging process. Wouldn't it be nice if we could all be like Betty White...smiling and chirping until the End?
That's my two cents.![]()
