The Pentagon will be compelled to report on its UFO secrets following hints from Trump that ET is out there. A 180-day countdown for the Pentagon and spy agencies to reveal what they know about UFOs has begun. It comes after US President Donald Trump signed a $2.3 trillion ($A4.14tn) COVID-19 relief and government funding bill on Sunday. Thanks to an act included in the bill, federal agencies must publish a report in the next six months. The Senate Intelligence Committee, which is chaired by Republican Senator Marco Rubio, has requested for the report to include “detailed analysis of unidentified phenomena data” in restricted US airspace, as well as data and intelligence collected or held by the Office of Naval Intelligence.

Not to sound negative, but I wonder how full of lies and deceit it will be.
 
For decades I believed(and hoped) that the Rosewell and subsequent UFO occurrences were real. Why did I hope and believe...because I was a sci-fi fan.
I still love sci-fi, but no longer believe much of the UFO phenomenon. I do believe extraterrestrials are here, but that's another story.
 
"History's Greatest Mysteries" on the History Channel ran an interesting three part series on Roswell. The podcast "Paranormal Mysteries" also has a four part series called "The Roswell Interviews."

Well, yea or nay, it is an interesting thread. The curiosity in our species is responsible for great inventions and great imaginations.

This trait of couriousity is also responsible for flying saucers, big foot (a friend of mine) and many other things we wonder about.

Once again, I have to admit that I simply don't know what I don't know. I can't state for a fact that there is, or is not, life elsewhere in the universe. I simply have no way of knowing. Apparently there are people who do, and I would be very curious how they could possibly know unless they don't have the same limitations that I do that hinder my being able to come to any provable conclusion.

@Aunt Marg If it's anything like the UFO documents released by the U.K. several years ago, It won't be exciting and there'll be a lot of redacted stuff.
@Nathan Have you ever watched the UFO documentaries? Even if we can believe 1/3 of what former military men, pilots (private and government), police officers, government officials (including governors and at least one president) say, we'd be sure we're not alone here. There was a news media conference where credible witnesses from the positions I mentioned gave testimony. They were from other countries, not just the U.S. At that conference, they urged the U.S. to finally release their findings.

Famous sightings: Roswell, of course. Rendelsham Forest in the U.K., both where military personal witnessed crafts. Mass sightings of note: The Battle of Los Angeles sighting in 1942 where hundreds of people saw the military firing at a U.F.O. Then of course there was the mass sighting in Phoenix which I believe was witnessed by thousands, one of whom was Lynne Kitei, MD who made a documentary about the incident. It was among the three or four I've seen that stood out above the many UFO docs I've watched. If I'm not mistaken the governor of that state admitted that he'd seen it too.

President Clinton stated it is possible even the President will not be allowed to know what others know about UFO's and admitted he tried to get the info but did not come up with anything.
 
We need the aliens to gossip about, make claims, counter claims and to fill our dead time.
How is the National Inquirer going to sell there rag if we don't think little green men exist?

To be serious for a moment-The air force personnel in the U.K.; Military guys have no reason to lie, plus there were several
men that witnessed the events.
