We use a pastry brush to clean our coffee grinder .. works well!

Yes, I'd read that before I bought my little bullet Mr. Coffee. It was more convenient to find and affordable. It works fine for me. I don't use it often anymore.

Because it leaves fewer whole beans in the batch, and doesn't allow over-grinding, which makes the coffee bitter.
But if you're using a regular coffee grinder, it helps to make small batches.

Mine leaves no whole beans and is never bitter coffee, too. I never had a reason to over- grind as the coffee can be looked at after grinding and has no whole beans
