What About A Cyber War

A Cyber War, is that possible, feasible, likely in the future? Say both China and Russia place the United States under a cyber attacks, with no holds barred. The Pendagon, our Electrical Grid across the country, our banking system, money markets, the NSA, whatever. Is such a thing possible? Is it a possibility in the future? Does anyone know? Would that sort of thing require some other type of retaliation?

Such a thing is very possible, and probable really. Here's a grid attack that already took place...http://www.wnd.com/2014/03/grid-security-stepped-up-after-sniper-attack/ . If our grid and computer systems go down, we won't be able to do any business with banks, gas stations, we'd possibly be without all electric, etc. Even those with generators would eventually need gas to operate them.

America would come to a standstill, and that's when the violence will erupt, especially in the big city areas, and those without means to protect themselves and their families will suffer by having all their food, water and possessions stolen from them by the criminal element. One reason to keep your pantry well stocked, and have enough arms to protect you and yours.

Even a small snowstorm will empty the shelves of the supermarkets, and interfere with travel and power. Those who were hit by hurricane Katrina and Sandy saw the looting and violence that soon followed. The law abiding citizens are always the ones targeted and hurt most by the criminals. A cyber war can cause more destruction than a traditional war, IMO.

One overhead nuclear device would wipe out all telecommunications so anyone planning a massive cyber attack would need to be very cautious to remain anonymous. The United States has allies and bases all over the world, not to mention nuclear powered submarines. Quit panicking.

Meanwhile, keep training the pigeons.

We dont need a nuclear weapon ,just press a few buttons on the laptop and all hell breaks out in the country of your choice.
Eventually we will not even need the military anymore.

It's already being done on an almost daily basis, at least on a small scale, what they call DDOS or "Dedicated Denial of Service" attacks on websites.

I see it as the warm-up for the main event.
