I'm not sure if I could find the link, but not long ago read about a high school: teachers/staff were getting irritated about students messing around with cell phones in class, and a pay phone in the hallway didn't help either. So they told students whenever they needed to make a call, they could use the phone in the office. The catch: the office phone was an old-fashioned rotary phone that sat on the desk- and not one student could figure out how to work it!!! layful:
