Tonight we had "Lasagne for 2", and a nice salad featuring radishes, fresh from the store!
Tried Paul Newman's sauce and found it outstanding! Found the recipe in the June/July 2011 issue of Cook's Country magazine. The neat trick ...a plain 8 1/2" loaf pan is the perfect size for four no-boil lasagna noodles.
Had some Snapple iced tea to wash it down!
