What are you cooking or baking today?

Made Johnny Marzetti tonight which is quick to do. Got enough for some left overs for later in the week. Today I made a hot cocoa mix from a new scratch recipe which I adjusted. I a couple of taste taster to experiment on & took advantage of them, LOL.

I also put together the Bourbon Ball filling so it can set up in the fridge. Tomorrow I'll roll them into balls & keep them in the freezer until I'm ready to coat them later in the week. Over the weekend, I'll start with the cookie baking so I can deliver them to everyone next Monday.
