Stuffed peppers

Trying to use up all of the holiday odds and ends.

I cobbled together a quiche with a refrigerated pie crust, 4oz can of green chilis, an 8 ounce can of creamed corn, a cup of extra sharp cheddar cheese, and a custard made with 4 eggs, 1/2 cup half & half and a quarter cup of sour cream. Baked at 400f for 50 minutes, until a knife inserted near the center tested clean.
 
Two days ago I bought two fast fry steaks. First steak was tough as nails. Last night I made a stir fry and all the million chopped up veggies to go with it. Second steak was still like nails. Thankfully the marinade I used was simple and had great flavour. I saved that part of the recipe.
