Nothing..unless you're heavily in Bath Bombs... I'm not a lush shop fan... over priced highly perfumed soaps etc.. but it's lovely catching the aroma for a few seconds when you walk past the storeNope. There are three in the metro area but none near me. What am I missing besides the good smells?
Oh CS..I'm sorry to hear Ed's op turned bad.. that's unusual isn't it .. would you say so as a nurse ? will the care facility be temporary ?Sitting at Ed’s hospital bedside, holding his hand while he naps. Yes, he’s back in the hospital: minor complication after his gallbladder surgery.
The thing is, he won’t be able to return home to live independently. His daughter is working out to have him moved to a care facility near her for rehab (physical therapy, etc). He asked my thoughts on this plans; I told him it’s in his best interest medically but I would miss him terribly. Assured him I would visit as often as possible.
He has mixed feelings, of course, but realizes—at least for now— it’s the best plan.
Given his age and other factors, it was not unexpected for this to happen, though unwelcome, of courseOh CS..I'm sorry to hear Ed's op turned bad.. that's unusual isn't it .. would you say so as a nurse ? will the care facility be temporary ?
Well I'll be wishing for the very best outcome for Ed, and you both... thanks for letting us know CS..Given his age and other factors, it was not unexpected for this to happen, though unwelcome, of course
We hope with physical therapy and once the drain that had to be inserted can come out, he could be independent again. Will just have to take it one day/week at a time
Sorry you're dealing with the CS.Sitting at Ed’s hospital bedside, holding his hand while he naps. Yes, he’s back in the hospital: minor complication after his gallbladder surgery.

@Naturally Your river is so brown because of the mud in the water? What is the brown blob at the top of last photo? Swamp?
PS you and Mason both look very fit, as they say, for your age. That’s meant as a compliment to both of you.
I hate days like that! I think we need to eat some ice cream!Shucks. Already hit a brick wall. Life is too dependent on others to fulfill their obligations, and the disappointment and frustration that ensues when they don't.
Should I find something else to do today? I'd better. OR. How to love oneself despite it all? Tall order. Dependency. I'd better read that thread on it.
I'm not sure who Ed is, but I wish him a speedy recovery!Sitting at Ed’s hospital bedside, holding his hand while he naps. Yes, he’s back in the hospital: minor complication after his gallbladder surgery.

Most of my posts about him, @Trila, I've called him my Prince Among Men... the wonderful man in my lifeI'm not sure who Ed is, but I wish him a speedy recovery!
Awwww. He needs your strength, so that he can recover. I will send out some healing energy! Most of my posts about him, @Trila, I've called him my Prince Among Men... the wonderful man in my life
Mason is gorgeous!!!!! Such a handsome boy! This isn't Mississippi ... no Billie Joe MacAllister, Tallahatchie Bridge or Choctaw Ridge
... but ...
In Lower Alabama we have me and Mason at the Choctawhatchee Bridge
Just outside the small rural community of Clayhatchee, here in Coffee County
Had the whole sandbar to ourselves this Thursday afternoon
Under the bridge is kinda spooky though
Mason is almost 12yrs old now and not as adventurous as he once was ... nor I

just tell them you have one cat.. if they're indoor cats they'll never know you have 2...I went to look at that mobile again that I had put an offer on. She has it listed for less than what I offered. My agent is out of town so the listing agent, who is in the same office met me. She stated to get an application for the park. So I went to the office and some twit who is certainly not 55+ told me they only allow ONE PET. I said I have two strictly indoor cats. No, only one. I called my agent. She said she would call the company that manages the park but I haven't heard back. It's always something. This is probably the least nice park in town as they have some travel trailers in there. And they pull this policy.
@Remy, Really it’s not worth chancing it. There’ll be somebody who spots two and they’ll be reporting it. And you may want a third cat at some point.just tell them you have one cat.. if they're indoor cats they'll never know you have 2...
That tomato is so perfect, it looks like a painting!!!!Just one lousy lonely little Cherry Tomato today. Bunch will be ready soon though
