Plumbing
Had to clean out the S trap under the bathroom sink
(hair and undefinable goo)
Easy to take apart
Not so easy to put back together
There's a thin white ring that snugs things up
Gotta fit that juuuuust right
Not very forgiving

Gotta scrunch down into contortionist mode
My body doesn't voluntarily do that

Turned the air blue a few choice times

It's done and working properly

Tough on the lower back

Took two Tylenol

Lazy boy feels really good right now

Then remembered the easier way;
Unscrew the stopper from below
Pull it completely out
and
snake it from up top
(head slap)

I never wish Karma on anyone.. I believe Karma is given to those from a higher purpose, who see the vile acts committed on me and take a higher power revenge.... and I also believe very much if someone wishes Karma on someone..then they get it back in spades...good luck with that
 
Anyway, I do believe karma has nothing to do with what goes on in this life and everything to do with past lives; that our trials in this life pertain to what we have done in various incarnations. Thus, I think, not sure, that one must "believe" in reincarnation for karma to occur. Not positive though.

Somewhere in the past I read to rub your arm/shoulder gently and give it some light exercise the day of the injection. It seems to have helped me, so I’ll keep doing it. It didn’t really help with the first Shingles shot.

Glorious sunny day , but cold... I've put the heating on just for an hour to take the worst of the cold off... fortunately my house is well insulated so once it warms up it stay like that ll day even with windows open a crack...

I'm going off later to meet up with some friends for a drink at a local village pub...

Have a super day my friends.. 🤗
 
Okay, it's about 6:30 am here in the Colonies, I just put my flag out for Veteran's Day. It is 71F here now, with a high of 85F this afternoon.

Will be watching college football most of the day, starting at noon, when Penn State plays Michigan. The Ohio State/Michigan State game isn't until 7:30, so it will be a full day of football.
