My secret is…..always get decalf coffee.
Haven’t had caffeine coffee for many years…..but…..I certainly eat my share of chocolate, which contains caffeine.😉.

Have to go to the vet and get dog food, and get the mail…..should really pick up my mail more often than i do, tends to pile up.
Been trying not to keep chocolate in the house, due to my lack of will power…..have been having some major chocolate attacks…..so….last nite I cooked up some CHOCOLATE pudding…..that hit the spot !!!!!! 😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋.
Maybe some sewing time.
 
Today I'm catching up with some online work for clients and fighting that infernal "come on, kiddo, don'tcha think it's time to retire?" bugaboo. I don't consider my freelance writing a "job" and my working with composers for songwriting is the same... but this other work has to go so I have some time for the "fun stuff!" 🤪
 
If I gave up my job, there would be no $$ for fun stuff. Unfortunately, with the job, the time for fun stuff is only available after work or on days off...when I'm tired and don't wanna do fun stuff.

However...come spring and time to plant flowers💐🌷🌻🌺? Watch me get not tired after work or on days off😄

Funny how that works.

Bless you for asking Kate.. Unfortunately the aches are still around.. seem to want to party at my house lol... I've just put the little fan heater on because it blasts hot air right onto the area where my fingers are... Fortunately I don't have to go out , it's sooo cold today, and ice everywhere.. but I'm going to give the shoulder blades another weekend to recover and if not I'll go to the Walk in clinic.. (y)

Good idea about the clinic... at least to be sure you're not dealing with something like a hairline fracture. That hot air on your fingers must feel soothing when they're aching! All is well here, yes. (y)
