Morning, notice nothing good preceding that....it is 2am and
i am sitting here with outbreak of the "itchy's"....don't have
any idea why, but both legs and stomach area are itching like
crazy, no way I can relax with this going on...got up and used
a cream all over areas but don't know if that will help or not....
grrrrrrrrrrrrr:confused:
That is a misery, do you have any benadryl? That usually will help and may also make your drowsy so you can get back to sleep.

I get that sumtimes, usually once a week... I usually pop a benadryl, get a warm cloth, and run it over where I am itching... or jump in a hot shower, or a warm bath if you fit in the bathtub... One or all of those things always work for me, except the bath, cuz I'll never be able to get out of it...

Last night I went to bed with what just sprung up before going to bed, with a numb lip, tongue, and roof of mouth... Lasted about 20 minutes, but is gone now... Anyways, last night went to bed at about 9:30.. up at 3:30... So only got 6 hours of sleep, the day before I got 13 hours, which I never get...

Today, going to go to the gym before all the kids get there because of March break... Not sure after that... I got some network cables that I wanna hook up to the BIG TV... Ummmm, not sure what else...

Well it rained all night through the night.. this morning everything looks fresh altho' it can't make it's mind up if it wnts to be sunny or not.. right now it's mainly overcast. Can't make my mind up if I want to go out and have my nails done.. well, rather I need my nails done, can't make up my mind if I can be bothered to drive to the next town to get it done..

Visiting nurse coming at 9 am to check up on me. They are taking excellent care of me. Later, if I can, take the wife for a coffee. She’s having Dunkin Donuts withdrawal. :p
I have trouble keeping up, did you not have the TURP procedure. Has the catheter been removed? It that is what is expected today and then you will free to move about the cabin, as they say? Wish I could go with you and the Mrs, I have a crave for a blueberry muffin. Maybe I will try to make some today.

Go ahead and go if you feel up to it. It will make you feel better if it needs to be done. Then stop somewhere else have some tea and a muffin. I have blueberry on my mind. Is your back feeling better?

Thanks for asking. MY back is better than it was the other day.. but of course it's a life limiting condition, because I suffer from Prolapsed discs which makes my back hurt most days..it's just a matter of degrees..

... I don't really feel like going out tbh, but my nails definitely need done.. . so I'm torn... I'll have a cuppa tea in a minute and see how I feel after that..

Incidentally, you asked about my MRI.. I haven't had the results.. everything takes a long time on the NHS.. but I have had the follow up date to see the Consultant, that will be at the end of May..

Blessed. The catheter was removed Saturday. I am free to move around but quite sore and there is some blood when I pee. This is normal for a couple of weeks. No lifting or strenuous things for awhile now. Doc said I had a huge prostrate and took off quite a bit.

Waiting for medical marihoochie delivery in the next 3 hours. Have to try a new product, as my usual was not available. Hope it's okay, we'll see later, much later, today.
Okay, what is a marihoochie, did not come up on the google, I have never heard that word or seen it in writing. Does this go on the thread, words you made up? LOL

I thought that Marihoochie must be a friend of @Pepper from back in high school, or one who lives in the same building. 🙃😄😁
Please say hello to her from me!
☺️

I am glad that @Blessed asked that question!(y):sneaky::giggle:
And all of the other questions, too.🥰
It's nice to see the caring, along with people's replies and updates.

Glad you are improving, @Pappy
even though it is a slow improvement, for a while still.
Hopefully the Dunkin is not a long drive from home, so you can reward your wife for having watched you suffer.

It seems to be a not-exciting and not-easy time for many of us. I too, have been struggling mightily, with multiple symptoms and anxieties....and now, there's "likely going to be power outage" with the wintery storm that is arriving this afternoon, and overnight and tomorrow.
Adding to my anxiety level.
😔😖😫
Thanks for listening. I needed to vent, after yet another terrible night.:(

The wet snow is falling, sideways, atm.
Neither the weather nor myself, seem to be sure which direction is which, today. I'm having trouble keeping track of myself.o_O😞

@Kaila I am sorry to hear you are struggling. Is it just worry about the weather? It can be frightening if you are not prepared. Do you have an alternative heat source, plenty of food and water. I used to not worry about it before my husband died, now I am probably over prepared. That takes a lot of anxiety away, knowing I have everything I need if I lose power or can't get out for a few days.
