It's been overcast and Sun today ( 3.30pm now) .. and quite breezy can't make it's mind up, despite the forecast for rain this afternoon there's been none.. Took a local walk... and took some photos of my area... believe it or not these photos were all taken within 30 minutes.. that's how quickly the sun and cloud cover came and went..

What an incredibly beautiful place you live in, HD. You must feel as if you are in Heaven ... except when it rains. But, on the other hand, everything wouldn't be quite as lush without it, would it?

On the other hand, today brought yet another medical appointment for him, with difficult and sad results. I want to be so calm and supportive and reassuring, yet I get emotional from these challenging times....

....otoh..SHOES.... how could the day be all bad when you both got new shoes.,?.. :sneaky:fabulous.... 👠👡🥿👟👞

Well thank you Old Salt... that's very kind of you to say... it is a lovely place...altho' not nearly Heaven :D... of course I've lived here for a long time, so I'm guilty of taking it for granted.. and people on here do remind me often.. Would you believe even when it rains it still looks lovely here.. ?

Those were actually on different days....:rolleyes:
I had typed a post previously and hadn't posted it,
and then today, I was surprised myself, when it came up and had posted together with today's intended post. :unsure:o_O:oops::rolleyes:

I didn't recognize my own post, at first. :giggle::LOL::ROFLMAO:

But yes, the important part is that we got new shoes!👍🤩🥳😃😁 You spotted that!😄☺️😊

Sorry I can't help replicate without trying it first, @Georgiagranny. I only know that I use 18% Coffee Cream all the time and that helps a lot with the taste of my coffee! And get better soon, I miss your croissants! :LOL:

They're not really closing Costa.. just a couple being renovated according to that article. Costa is waaaay the most populalr Coffee shop in the UK.. all others would close first. That said..altho' I like Costa well enough... I prefer Cafe Nero...
